Intensive Outpatient Program for Women (IOP)
The Friendly House IOP: In Our Power
For Women in Los Angeles Who Need More
The most vulnerable moments in recovery often come during transitions—when a client is leaving the safety of residential treatment, or when their current support system isn't quite meeting their needs. These pivot points demand programming that combines clinical excellence with real-world flexibility. We built the Friendly House intensive outpatient program to support women through these crucial phases, offering trauma-informed care that evolves just as they do.
Drawing on our 70+ years of experience in women's treatment, our program bridges this critical gap, offering clinical sophistication and trauma-informed care within a flexible structure that works with real women's lives. The Friendly House IOP can support clients who need this specialized level of care.

A Different Kind of Intensive Outpatient Program
Every woman’s story is different; but the need for understanding and support throughout the recovery journey remains the same. The Friendly House IOP, In Our Power, was created to offer deep, affirming work to women walking through that process. Together, a mix of clinical sophistication and an empowering perspective allows women to truly thrive.
