Women’s Treatment Team

Walk through the doors of Friendly House, and you'll meet a team unlike any other in addiction treatment. Many of our staff members started their own recovery journeys right here in these rooms. They know firsthand what it means to take that first scary step toward healing, because they've lived it. 

Others bring decades of clinical expertise and a deep commitment to women's mental health. 

Together, they form a uniquely qualified team that blends professional excellence with raw authenticity and genuine compassion. From our executive director (herself a Friendly House graduate) to our newest recovery advocates, each staff member shares one common purpose: creating a space where all women feel seen, supported, and empowered to change their lives.
